Knee Injury Follow-up

Knee injury's can be the result of doing good healthy activities such as exercise,skiing, and dancing. The problem is often a balance issue not a over use or a weight issue as so many would have you believe all problems to stem from.
Some very simple balance stretches can make all the difference in how and what your knee can accomplish for years to come.

I am doing my stretches in the book and my knee still keeps hurting. Any ideas?
